Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of EUR 80 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Please note that the 25% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 80 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the apartment. After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that Casa Paraiso can provide a shuttle service to the Faro International Airport, a 40-minute drive away, for a EUR 50 surcharge. Managed by a private host
