Please inform Casamia apartments@Porto in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Cleaning, as well as the changing of sheets and towels are done every 4 days. Please note that late check-ins, after 16:00 must inform the property in advance of their expected arrival time. This is to arrange a time for key delivery. If a reservation is made for a period longer than 14 days, the property will ask for a deposit to guarantee the reservation. The property will contact the guest to make the payment of the deposit.
