Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Late check-out (after 11:00) has an additional fee of EUR 30.

Please note that a mandatory cleaning fee of EUR 30 will be charged for all reservations and must be paid on the day of booking, via bank transfer.

An extra cleaning fee of EUR 50 will be applicable for stays up to 4 nights.

Baby equipment (highchair, cot, bathtub) is available at a cost of EUR 5 per day, per set.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival, in cash. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
