The ample unit has 4 kitchens and living room areas. Featuring free WiFi, it has a large garden with swings and slide for kids, 2 barbecue areas and private parking.

Guests may prepare their own meals in one of the kitchens of the villa. Spacious dining areas are also at their disposal, in order to enjoy meals on comfort. The village centre of Armação de Pêra has various restaurants serving traditional Portuguese meals and the region’s fish and seafood specialties.

The large green garden is ideal for a quiet stroll. Guests can lounge in the area surrounding the pool after a refreshing swim. The tranquil surroundings allows guests the chance to go hiking, cycling or picnicking in the nature-surrounded area.

Armação de Pêra has a renowned beach and seafront area, reachable within a 15-minute drive. The nearest golf course is 4 km away, while the Algarve Shopping is 10 km from the villa. Portimão is a 25-minute drive away while Albufeira is a 21-minute drive. Faro International Airport is a 35-minute drive from the Countryside.

Please note that a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount is required to ensure the reservation. This amount must be paid via bank transfer or PayPal according to payment procedures which will be sent to the guests, by email, after booking.

The remaining 50% will be paid in cash at the time of check-in, along with the security deposit. Payment for this amount can also be made via bank transfer or PayPal upon previous request, at least 3 days before the date of check-in.
