It includes a microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffee machine and a dishwasher. Guests can enjoy their meals in either the dining area or in the furnished terrace. Local restaurants are a 5-minute drive away in the Sesimbra centre. The region’s typical dishes are mostly fish and seafood-based. Guests can go cycling through the natural surroundings using one of the villa's free bikes, or go for a hike. The outdoor terrace offers a peaceful setting for a relaxing break, after enjoying the property’s hot tub. Karaoke facilities are also available for guests. The Espichel is a 10-minute drive from the white sand Meco Beach, and a 15-minute drive from the Albufeira Lagoon. The nearest beach is 2 km away, and the Espichel Cape is 3 km from the property. Meco Village is a 5-minute drive and the Sesimbra castle is 7 km away. Espichel Villa is a 40-minute drive from the Lisbon International Airport.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must pay a security deposit of EUR 250 during check in. The amount will be refunded during check out. Please note that Monica Lisbon Rentals - Vista Villa has no reception. Please contact the property in advance for further details. Please note that the 15% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer.
