This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by PayPal or bank transfer. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount will be charged in cash at check-in. Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property. If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance. After booking, guests will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions. Please note that late check-in is possible, between 22:00 and 23:00, at an extra cost of EUR 10. Check-in after 23:00 is not possible.
