The modernly-decorated unit comes with a full kitchen, living room, flat-screen TV, free WiFi, DVD player and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. The nearby seafront area has a variety of local restaurants, most serving the region’s fish and seafood specialties. Alternatively, the property’s equipped kitchen provides guests with the freedom to prepare their own meals, which can be taken in the dining area or in the scenic balcony. The Tagus riverfront area is a 10-minute drive away. Alfama, one of Lisbon’s main historical neighbourhoods is a 23-minute drive, featuring a variety of Fado houses. Guests should inform the property of their expected time of arrival. Please note that a EUR 100 deposit must be paid upon arrival. This amount will be returned upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that late check-ins after 22:00 have an added cost of EUR 30. Please note that the prepayment of 20% of the total reservation amount must be paid via Paypal or bank transfer on the day of booking. The remaining amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in.
