This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Please note that payment with a credit card can only be done if the amount is higher than EUR 25. Please note that late check-in after 00:00 is at an extra fee of EUR 15. This service is upon request and confirmation. Check-out after 11:00 has a surcharge equal to the rate of the previous night.
