Please note that the 30% deposit charged on day of booking must be paid by bank transfer or credit card details. The property will contact guests with further details. The remaining amount must be paid until 50 days prior to arrival, also by bank transfer or credit card details.

Please note that central heating should be paid separately at check-in. It has a cost of EUR 43 per night and it is mandatory between 1 October and 30 April.

Extra beds policy:

Baby cot - EUR 5 per day, for 1 child up to 2 years old.

Heating - EUR 20 per day from 1st of November until 30th of April.

A children's high chair is available, at an extra cost of EUR 20 per stay. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. License number: 11130/AL
