This is a 5-room villa 150 m2, comfortable and cosy furnishings. It is built in 1992 and renovated in 2010. It is located in a quiet, sunny position on top of a hill, 13 km from the sea and the beach.

It has a living/dining room with swedish stove, TV, cable-TV, radio and stereo unit. Its open kitchen is equipped with 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, micro wave, freezer and dining table. There is a shower/WC and bath/shower/WC. Solar energy heating, boiler (100 litres) and washing machine are provided.

Guests can enjoy the balcony 200 m2 or terrace 200 m2, with panoramic view of the countryside and the ocean.

For private use there are grounds 10000 m2, garden 200 m2, swimming pool heated (6 x 4 m, depth 1 - depth 180 cm, 01.04.-01.10.), outside shower, barbecue, children's playground.

Shop is in 10 km, grocers 1 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach 13 km, bathing bay 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, tennis 5 km, walking paths from the house 1 km. Nightclub/disco 13 km from the property. Nearby attractions are España 20 km, Tavira 20 km, Montegordo 20 km, Faro 50 km, Sevilla 200 km, Lisboa 275 km.

A security deposit of EUR 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
