A damage deposit of EUR 400 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that a 30% deposit is required upon reservation. This deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before check-in date. Deposit is not refundable if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before check-in. The remaining 70% of payment is required 30 days prior to check-in. Please note that all payments must be done via bank transfer. Please note that it is mandatory for all guests to present a valid photo identification or passport details at check-in time.
