This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property adheres to strict physical distancing measures. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. The owners have access to the basement of the property through a separate gate, where the owner's pet will be (there will be no contact with customers) Due to new Portuguese government rules, which require all guests to have a negative test or a valid COVID digital certificate, we may not be able to comply with the check-in time. Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges: - EUR 25 from 20:00 to 00:00; - EUR 40 after 00:00. Please note property has a shared pool in the condominium.
