Located 6 km from Armação de Pêra, Algarve, Villa Marco offers a large garden and a private swimming pool. Featuring panoramic views of the surroundings, guests can enjoy privacy, relaxation and free WiFi.

Villa Marco has 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a double and a twin bedroom, a bathroom and a shower room. The top floor includes the master suite and an additional twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The large living room features a dining area, a fireplace, sofas and a flat-screen satellite TV.

The spacious villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor barbecue area and a laundry room. There are covered and uncovered terraces where guest can enjoy their drinks or eat al fresco while enjoying the views.

In the small town of Pêra, 4 km away, guests find shops, a grocery store, a bakery and several restaurants and taste traditional Portuguese dishes. In Armação de Pêra guests will find a great variety of bars where they can enjoy a drink at night.

Away from the populated areas but close to the beach, Villa Marco is a pet-friendly property with private parking. Besides the beaches, guests can also visit the various golf courses within 3 km, the medieval castle of Silves 18 km away and the mountains of Monchique, Faro International Airport is 45 km away.

Please note that a security deposit of EUR 200 will be charged at check-in. This amount will be refunded at check-out if no damages are made to the house.

The ground floor, bedrooms and living-room can include air conditioning, for an extra charge of EUR 12,50 per day. Please inform Villa Marco in advance of your expected arrival time. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
