Paúl da Serra in a truly surprise for the travellers who travel to the island of Madeira. Used to a landscape profuse of wild mountains and ranges, they are amazed at the simplicity of this plateau, naked and inhabited only by cows, sheeps, and goats.
In this high plateau you will enjoy a panoramic view of naked land, only disturbed by the new wind mills installed in order to supply electricity to the Northern villages of the island.
This place is worth the visit to enjoy the special beauty of the landscape. During autumn you can also gather blueberries.
