Each room has an en suite bathroom and there is also an extra bathroom in the villa and an additional one in the garage. The Albatroz’s guests are welcome to prepare their meals in the property's kitchen, featuring all the necessary utensils to prepare food. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining area or in the furnished terrace, which also feature barbecue facilities. Alternatively, the centre of Caniço features local restaurants where guests can enjoy traditional Madeira cuisine, accompanied by the famed Madeira wines. The swimming pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, where guests can relax in the typically warm Madeira weather, following a refreshing dip in the pool. For colder days, pool heating is available upon request and at an extra cost. Funchal is a 15-minute drive and features a lively city centre, various shops, cafes and restaurants. For golfing enthusiasts, Santo da Serra Golf Course is a 20-minute drive away. The famed São Vicente Caves are one of Madeira’s most recognisable attractions and are a 39-minute drive away. The Dolce Vita Funchal shopping centre is a 15-minute drive away and includes several shops, boutiques, cinemas and a food court. The Madeira International Airport is a 10-minute drive from the Villa Albatroz.

Please note that from the 1st of May 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 18 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 5 per guest. The rate includes complementary use of all facilities at the Albatroz Beach & Yacht Club, located at a 7-minute drive away. Services include direct access to the sea, sea water pools, fresh water pool and tennis courts. Please note that swimming pool heating is available at an extra cost of EUR 150 per week.
