A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that from the 1st of May 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 18 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 5 per guest. Please note that the swimming pool heating has an extra cost per day of EUR 17 from November to May, EUR 7 from June to October.
