This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 200 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Prior to arrival, the property will send a form to the guests, where the identification details must be provided as well as the check-in time. Please note that late check-in, after 21:00 has an extra fee of EUR 40.
