You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. The city tax needs to be paid on arrival and is applicable for guests aged 13 years old and over. The maximum amount payable per guests is EUR 7. Fixie Studio will contact guests with further information regarding check-in and prepayment procedures. Guests will be requested to provide their ID or Passport Information, after booking.
