Feels Like Home - Principe Real / S. Pedro De Alcantara offers 4 different apartments that can accommodate from 4 to 6 persons. The apartments feature a tasteful décor providing great tranquillity due to their quiet location. Some apartments include balconies and terraces.

Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals. Alternatively there is a great variety of restaurants with 100 metres serving traditional Portuguese cuisine. At night guests can visit the lively Bairro Alto at just a few minutes’ walk.

These apartments are located in one of the most desirable areas of Lisbon and are surrounded by neighbourhoods such as Castelo, Alfama, Baixa and Chiado. Guests will be able to easily visit these neighbourhoods since they are all within walking distance.

The Restauradores Metro Station and the Rossio Train Station are within 600 metres. Lisbon International Airport is 8.4 Km away and the Cais do Sodré Transport Hub, with connection to Cascais, is a 10-minute walk.

Please note that from the 1st of January 2016 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest.

Payment can only be done in cash. The accommodation asks for your credit card details for a pre-authorization to guarantee the reservation.

Please note that late arrivals are subject to the following surcharges: - From 23:00 onwards: EUR 30.

Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.

If you expect to arrive outside check-in hours, please inform the property in advance.

After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.

Guest are kindly asked to call the property 1 hour before arrival at the property.

A security deposit of EUR 50 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.

For all bookings made with check-in dates later than January 15th 2016 guests must pick-up the keys to the apartment at our Welcome Center in Lisbon.

If you should come by plane, train or bus, the property offers a direct shuttle service from the airport/station to the apartment without going through the Welcome Center. Total Price is EUR 24 between 1 and 4 passengers and EUR 34 passengers between 5 and 8 passengers.

After making a reservation, guests will receive an email with the voucher, the Welcome Center address, and instructions on how to request the transfer. Arrivals from 23:00 to 06:00, guests should go directly to the apartment, and follow the instructions that will be sent in your confirmation voucher.
